2. Choose a Meal Bundle: Select a 5, 10, or
15 meal pack and customize your selections.
3. Custom Order Form: Fill out our order form
with your meal choices and we'll send you a payment link.
All orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight for delivery
the same week.
What is the order cutoff time?
Orders must be placed by
Thursday at Midnight (11:59pm) to receive
delivery that week.
You can order anytime Monday through Thursday. Orders placed
after Thursday midnight will be scheduled for delivery the
following week.
Can I order the same meal multiple times?
Absolutely! Many of our customers love ordering multiples of
their favorite meals. You can select the same meal as many times
as you want in your order.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order! You can order as few as one meal or stock up
with our meal bundles. However, our meal bundles (5, 10, or 15
meals) offer the best value per meal.

Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary based on your location and order size. The
fee will be calculated at checkout before you complete your
order.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes! Pickup is available at our Austin location and is always
FREE. Just select "Pickup" when placing your order and we'll
send you the pickup address and time.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No! You can leave delivery instructions (like "leave on front
porch" or "side door") when placing your order. Our meals are
packed with ice packs to stay fresh for several hours.

How long do the meals last?
Our meals are fresh and will last 5-7 days in the refrigerator.
We recommend consuming them within this timeframe for the best
taste and quality. You can also freeze meals for up to 3 months.
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
100% Fresh, Never Frozen! All of our meals are
prepared fresh by our chefs and delivered directly to you. We
never freeze our meals before delivery.
How do I heat up my meals?
Super easy! Just:
Microwave: Remove lid, heat for 2-3 minutes,
stir, and enjoy!
Oven: Preheat to 350°F, transfer to oven-safe
dish, heat for 15-20 minutes
Most meals are ready in just 3 minutes in the microwave!
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes! We offer several vegetarian and plant-based options on our
menu, including our Creamy Mushroom Risotto and Roasted

Can I customize meals for dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We offer custom meal prep services where we can
tailor meals to your specific dietary needs - whether that's

Do you provide nutritional information?
Yes! Every meal on our menu includes complete nutritional
information including calories, protein, carbs, and fats. This

What comes in the reusable glass containers?
Our meals come in eco-friendly, reusable glass containers that
are microwave and dishwasher safe. We offer a container rotation
program where you can return your used containers and we'll
clean and reuse them - helping reduce waste and keep our planet
green!

Individual meal prices range from
$14.99 to $22.99 depending on the protein and
ingredients.

What payment methods do you accept?

When am I charged?
For online orders through our website, you're charged
immediately at checkout. For custom orders submitted through our
order form, we'll send you a payment link via email within 24
hours, and you'll be charged when you complete payment.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
You can cancel or modify your order up until the Thursday
midnight cutoff. After that, we've already purchased ingredients
and begun meal prep.
