No worries! Just return them at your next delivery or pickup. We understand life gets busy. However, if containers aren't returned for 4+ weeks, we may charge a small container replacement fee.

Just give them a quick rinse! You don't need to deep clean or scrub. We'll handle the professional sanitization and washing using commercial-grade equipment.

Yes! Our premium glass containers are oven-safe up to 450°F, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe. Just remove the lid before heating. Perfect for reheating your meals directly in the container.

We'll replace damaged containers for free during normal use. Just let us know at your next delivery. If containers are lost or intentionally damaged, a small replacement fee may apply ($5-8 per container).

The glass container program is required for all weekly subscription plans as part of our sustainability commitment. However, à la carte orders are available with disposable packaging if you prefer one-time purchases.

The one-time enrollment fee covers your initial set of glass containers and program setup. It's non-refundable, but it's a lifetime membership—you'll never pay packaging fees again! If you cancel your subscription, you can keep the containers or return them for a partial credit.

Simply bring your rinsed containers when you pick up your next order. We have a designated return bin at our location. It's quick and easy—just drop them off when you arrive!
